Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States only (all 50 states, D.C., APO/FPO).
Carriers: USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx (chosen automatically based on speed and address).
Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a tracking email when your item ships.

Processing & Delivery Times

Shipping options and associated costs are displayed during the order checkout process. Once an order is processed, we immediately dispatch it, and you should receive your products within 2 to 5 business days.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The customer is solely responsible if a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect/insufficient address or being unclaimed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit

Lost: If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ days, contact us—we’ll investigate and make it right.

Damaged: Please email clear photos within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Weather/Carrier Delays: We can’t guarantee delivery dates impacted by carriers or severe weather, but we’ll help however we can.
